A division of COMSYS (CITP), TAPFIN has a rich history in talent acquisition and management solutions. During the late 1990's, COMSYS was a pioneer in the development of the first true vendor management service offerings. Similarly, through our subsidiary TWC, we have been providing end-to-end recruitment process outsourcing for more than 10 years.
In 2007, COMSYS' VMS and TWC operations were merged to create a fully integrated resource fulfillment offering. The new entity was renamed TAPFIN Process Solutions to reflect a separate and distinct focus on these offerings. With the strength of a publicly traded professional services parent company, TAPFIN represents one of the largest human capital fulfillment and management outsourcing providers in the market.
With over 250 clients in our portfolio, TAPFIN has worked across a diverse range of industries, including consumer electronics, healthcare and pharmaceutical, insurance and financial services, health and wellness, manufacturing, professional services, retail and telecommunications. We have designed and implemented recruitment, vendor management and services procurement strategies and best practices for both large and small companies. We have worked with clients to alleviate legal compliance issues, establish diversity initiatives and develop leading employment brands.
