Staffing Industry Analysts’ Survey Finds TAPFIN Scores High with Buyers and Suppliers

– Manpower Inc. today announced that TAPFIN, Manpower’s North American MSP, has been recognized as a top overall performer in Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2010 Vendor Management System (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) Competitive Landscape Report - Customer Experience and Service Differentiators. The top overall performers represent firms that scored high in loyalty with both buyers of contingent labor and staffing suppliers that utilize their services.

Staffing Industry Analysts surveyed 2,000 buyers and providers of staffing services to determine the highest customer loyalty and satisfaction levels with VMS and MSP firms. Those designated as top overall performers scored in the upper 25th percentile in customer loyalty scores. TAPFIN is one of only five MSP providers recognized.
