It was Wright's leadership that enabled the consolidation of COMSYS practice strengths under the TAPFIN umbrella, a strategy that unites the whole of human capital management processes into an integrated set of solutions and puts TAPFIN at the forefront of workforce management.

As President of TAPFIN, Wright leverages expertise gained in his former role at the helm of COMSYS Process Solutions as well as a variety of finance and operations-based leadership roles with several of the nation's top consulting firms. Wright firmly believes in the opportunity for TAPFIN to change the way businesses view and manage their workforce and, ultimately, gain competitive advantage, through the convergence of the best-in-class people, process and technology.

Jamiel Saliba

Jamiel Saliba is Vice President of Contingent Workforce Solutions for TAPFIN Process Solutions, a division of COMSYS (CITP). Saliba formerly served as Vice President for COMSYS, leading its vendor management group.

As Vice President of TAPFIN, Saliba oversees the company's vendor management services practice, a position that draws on his extensive expertise in this area, and is well complemented by broad experience in several different human resources roles throughout his career. Under Saliba's direction, TAPFIN vendor management services (VMS) and services procurement management (SPM) assure clients are able to use contingent workers as they are truly intended to augment direct workforce, achieve efficiencies and cost-savings.

Terry Williams is Vice President of Direct Workforce Solutions for TAPFIN Process Solutions, a division of COMSYS (CITP). Williams founded TWC, a leading recruitment and human resources outsourcing company, built on the tenet that hiring and keeping the right talent is central to growing a successful business. COMSYS acquired TWC to help round out its already sizable human capital services offering and launch TAPFIN.

As Vice President of TAPFIN, Williams directs the company's recruitment processing outsourcing (RPO), human resources outsourcing (HRO) and executive search practices. Together with contingent workforce solutions, these offerings enable TAPFIN clients to utilize one platform to efficiently acquire talent, whether direct or contingent resources, when and where it's needed.
