The TAPFIN Process Solutions Group has been delivering MSP solutions for contingent workers for more than eight years, and our leadership team is the most experienced in the industry. TAPFIN has completed 70+ MSP deployments for 45 clients, and on any given day, we manage between 16,000 and 17,000 contractors through our solution.

In 2002, we initiated an effort to formally create a Quality Management System (QMS). During 2003, TAPFIN made the commitment to strengthen QMS by incorporating an ISO 9001:2000 based structure. By the end of 2003, TAPFIN achieved certification on the ISO 9001:2000 standards.
We believe we are unique in our field as the only company providing supplier management services under an ISO 9001:2000 based and certified system. Tapfin has held this certification since 2003 - longer than most MSP service providers have been in the business.
