TAPFIN Suppliers
TAPFIN fully recognizes and appreciates that the success of our resource management programs, the satisfaction of our clients, and our own success is heavily dependent on the suppliers that provide resources and services through these programs. As such, TAPFIN places a great deal of focus on ensuring that our solutions are "supplier friendly" so that every supplier understands their role in the process and how to be successful in a TAPFIN program. To that end, our implementation and operations processes place special emphasis on enrolling, training, and delivering supplier performance management so that suppliers are comfortable with the process and can be successful from day one of the program.
Our implementation methodologies ensure an effective transition for a client's existing suppliers, brings additional suppliers to ensure the client's needs are being met, and sets the foundation for on-going training, feedback, and performance improvement for all suppliers.
Our operations processes ensure that every supplier is always aware of new requirements, the status of their existing engagements, how their performance is perceived, and what can be done to improve on their delivery performance.
Building a strong, constructive, mutually beneficial working relationship between TAPFIN and each participating supplier is critical to ensuring a successful three way partnership between our shared client, the supplier, and TAPFIN.
Platinum Vendor Program
TAPFIN has the privilege of working with thousands of suppliers across the many programs that we support. While the vast majority of those suppliers are successful in our programs, there are a select few that have demonstrated consistently high quality performance across many accounts. TAPFIN often recommends these high performing suppliers to other current clients or includes them in recommendations to participate in programs for new clients.
These high performers are part of TAPFIN's Platinum Vendor Program. Participants have the opportunity to work more closely with TAPFIN to understand trends in the industry, to discuss specific challenges being faced by clients, suppliers, and TAPFIN, and (perhaps most exciting for the suppliers) to learn about new business opportunities with TAPFIN clients.
