In addition to ManpowerGroup’s branch network in more than 80 countries and territories, TAPFIN has existing business relationships with over 4,000 companies who provide temporary staffing on behalf of our clients around the world. As the need arises, we draw on this network to locate additional resources.

Managed Service Provider Network

In order to ensure that our partner network can meet the expectations and benchmarks set by our own standards, each of these suppliers must meet program requirements and metrics to maintain compliance across every program they currently participate in. TAPFIN formally evaluates supplier performance and hiring trends on a quarterly basis to determine if changes to the supplier community are warranted. We also consistently evaluate key supplier performance metrics, such as time-to-fill ratios, to determine if changes need to be made on a more ad-hoc basis. These processes are part of our best practices in providing best results tor our client base.

Building a strong, constructive, mutually beneficial working relationship between TAPFIN and each participating supplier is critical to ensuring a successful three-way partnership between our shared client, the supplier, and TAPFIN.

DIVERSITY Vendor Program

TAPFIN has the privilege of working with thousands of suppliers across the many programs that we support. While the vast majority of those suppliers are successful in our programs, there are a select few that have demonstrated consistently superior quality performance across many accounts. TAPFIN often recommends these high performing suppliers to other current clients or includes them in recommendations to participate in programs for new clients.

These high performers are part of TAPFIN's Platinum Vendor Program. Participants have the opportunity to work more closely with TAPFIN to understand trends in the industry, to discuss specific challenges being faced by clients, suppliers, and TAPFIN, and (perhaps most exciting for the suppliers) to learn about new business opportunities with TAPFIN clients. With this community:

  • TAPFIN has a qualified group of suppliers readily available to refer to clients who have gaps in their service from existing suppliers. We maintain a matrix of Platinum Vendors which includes what skills and locations they service. This serves as a valuable reference for identifying new suppliers for current or new TAPFIN clients.
  • We have a group of suppliers to perform as an advisory committee, providing us with input and ideas on process and program improvements.
  • We have a community with whom we can share market/industry information and information about TAPFIN’s workforce offerings.
